This'll be good when all 4 of us are playing, and each month we could top up the totals and have winner of the month. This thread could hold the ongoing stats for each month  Like the idea?
That way each nights gaming isn't just wasted, we can carry on our victories and losses, will also spur on the next nights gaming to keep on top of the league or to not be the Carl of the month.
How about we start with Doom and Repub Commando ? Only for DM matches, and before each match starts we state that it'll be a league match so we get none of this 'ohh I didn't know it was a stats match I wasn't paying attention...' etc
League be simple, just add up ya kills. End of month, biggest number wins

well up for that convert freak boy. hard to track though. anyone up for action >11pm friday? or saturday maybes as im watching casanova at cineworld for some weird reason.
hard to keep a score like.
right well if we all do some networking we could have quite the gamer group here in addition to us theres a potential of
drunk ste (would be up for it if we set him up no doubt), dark ste, james(no xbox yet but we could persuade!), myers (has my modded xbox), roy (360+xbox hacked), buckley (360 + xbox hacked), adam (360 + xbox hacked), jamie n ste (hacked xbox dual system link), mikey mikey (access to 360, hacked xbox), chapey (360), juddermac (360), antony (hacked xbox in cyprus), tristan (dying to be converted from ps2 hell) so quite a few more possiblities.
so if someone could come up with some links or guides to set up xconnect, xbox live, kia and where and how to download copied games, where and how to connect tv card or connection through router and what cables to get so as I can entice more and may the xbox league be born!
can u hook up two xboxs with system link without the need for a rounter ie my set up and still do what we do or what?

I think Ross wrote a guide for XBC, it maybe on his forum.
As for league, keep the first one simple, just a case of add up the total kills, biggest number wins. We could stick to one game for the league match (I vote Doom) Or we could have say 3 little leagues Doom one, Rep Pub one or Halo 2 one so we have a winner for each game, or just one big one and add total kills from all 3 games.
If we just keep the league for first try to us 4 it'll be easier to arange matches, but once an agreed time and date is set for match and 1 for some reason cant make it, then that person gets no points for that session.
With all your mates on Carl could get some good team events going too.

could just create our own clan, be easier. kai has a way to monitor stats I believe if go to certain rooms, but not looked into it yet, but they def have tournaments on the go
and yes carl you can plug in as many xboxs as you have network cards...or add a hub if run out cheap enough....routers the most overrated shit bought at home by the paranoid |

well up for the stats so long as I dont have to make em. Like tuck says im sure Kai would do em automatically.
we all know i'm the BEST anyway so be a bit of a waste of time!!

to make a clan:
If you've used Kai and noticed the 'Clans' arena, you can apply to have one here for your very own clan. Fill out the form, and one of the Team XLink administrators will review your application. If successful, you will be able to manage your arena through your control panel.
Note: Fields marked with a * are required.
Clan Arena Application
• Only the clan leader shall apply for the clan arena. Multiple applications will result in all of them being rejected.
• Must have at least 10 active members.
• Must have a website with a proper domain eg. myclanname.com - no free hosting domains.
• This web site must contain updated information on your clan, along with a current members page.
• Also, the website needs to be of a reasonable standard and have an active forum, for inter-clan communication.
• Website must not promote or endorse piracy or offensive materials / activities as also detailed in the XLink AUP.
• Must remain an active clan. This will be checked by Team XLink during the application review and throughout your stay with us.
• Application processing time should be a maximum of 28 days, but no guarantees are held.
• Do not contact us regarding the status of your application or it will be removed.
• Having a clan arena is a privilege not a right.
You must comply with the above to be eligible for the arena. You will be notified by email of the application outcome.

3.6 Can I use a PC headset to chat with other users?
Certainly! Using the SPEEX codec, Team XLink with the help of Team Avalaunch (XBox homebrew dash developers), have integrated voice communications into the XLink Kai client. What's more, is that users on the XBox using a homebrew dashboard that supports XLink Kai can talk with regular PC users, as well as other remote XBox dashboard users. Cool huh?
To talk with someone, simply click on the speech bubble on an Online contact while in Messenger Mode and await to be accepted. When a connection is established, the icon next to the contact will change into a speaker icon...
Note: Make sure that your recording device is correctly set up and working before attempting voice chat. |

Untill then and as well for our in team matches I'll note down the scores after each match so dont go pressing buttons on the end of game results page till ive writen em down, i'll say on msn when ready, ross can then say on head set when i'm done so tucker down stairs knows. Carl dont touch any buttons !!
