Well for me, the races this season have been more enjoyable mainly thanks to the fact that we got 3 or 4 new competitive guys joining the league. Hopefully we have good numbers next season.

What are your thoughts on the new game, although it says 'work in progress', it looks too similar to 2016 imo

I agree, I think with three new top runners it's really mixed things up and all season long it's been chopping and changing at the top of the leaderboard, I mean what more do you want for a title decieder to go down to the last race with multiple people, but what with Giolele having recent wheel issues and Tillj leaving it's kind of made it hard for anyone else now to reach Maranzano.

There's still places to be gained and there's still other places up and down the grid to decide so it'll still be fun, it just won't (or unlikely) to have the title battle at the end.

As for the new F1 2017 game, I've not seen anything about it yet, just what I've heard about some of the classic cars being included.  I have my pre order booked though.

How do you use up your tyres so quickly richard? Ive never seen anything like it Very Happy. On a different note, after lacking motivation for one reason or another, i had a really enjoyable race on Sunday. Had a pretty much race long battle with krunch. Close, wheel to wheel racing for lap after lap. We did touch a few times, mostly due to lag spikes, but nothing was intentional or in bad judgement. It brought some enjoyment back to f1 again, i might even start practicing again Laughing

Lol I've no idea fish!  Its a skill I wish I didn't have Smile. Krnch enjoyed the race too with you, if you check his twitch channel oit kptnkrnch64 you'll be able to watch it, he had to pit twice for his inters as the game gave him the wrong tyres the first time.

Glad you enjoyed the race, we had a good turn out considering we were a few down.

I just liked everyone crash into eachother at the start on lap 1 - it was like parting of the sea. Everything else was meh.

Nice touch with the special shout out to glen. I know he put in a lot of hours during the previous week. Its easy to praise the people who win or take pole and to often those who really put in the hours to improve are overlooked. Good work Richard, that's what makes your league a pleasure to compete in.

It has! I'll be joining you from Switzerland, just across the way from Sauber Smile the missus actually works in Zurich with the technical directors wife! Lol.

Really looking forward to getting back into it but not sure I should join this season with being out of practice... I wouldn't want to accidentally ruin anyone else's championship... But, if I've got a little practice time before the first race maybe I could...

When are the races and what time these days? You'd have to remind me how to jump in the game too... do you just send out invites before the race?

Cheers for letting me roster up Rich! Smile
